In this video the global filter and the analytic app of the SAP EarlyWatch Alert Workspace in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad is introduced. The global filter restricts the displayed data to specific customers or systems, and the SAP EarlyWatch Alert Dashboard displays the most important KPIs including drill-downs on system, database and application server level for one system.
