Now, for production orders that are settled by event-based productioncost posting, the system reposts the proportional actual costsdetermined by the split quantity from the parent to the child order. Comparing with traditional period-based production cost posting, the new option to split event-based orders eliminates the need to use aby-product and enhances the flexibility in handling orders.
