HUK-COBURG wants to useAtlassian’s Jira as their central IT tool. They want to control their TransportRequests during upgrade of their SAP systems without using SAP Solution ManagerChange Request Management. In the past they were using Microsoft Sharepointwithout any SAP integration. Currently they are switching to Jira with aseamless integration to their SAP ecosystem by the help of Cross ALM’s Jira/TMSCross Connector.
